Are you licensed?
Yes, we are 100% licensed.
Why is there a transaction fee?
As a small business we are unable to have the buying power of larger businesses. All our transactions are conducted through Square and incur a fee of 2.2%
Do you deliver?
We are a delivery online service, delivery starts from $15.00 within the metro area.
Bespoke biscuits can also be shipped within Australia, contact us for more information.
Do you offer pick up?
Unfortunately we are a delivery only service. However as I work in the city, I can offer a pick up service from the city during business hours.
How do we store your honey cake?
We recommend consumption within 2-3 days. To maintain freshness we recommend refrigerating in an air-tight container. Avoid direct sunlight and/or very high temperatures to prevent melting.
How do we store your biscuits?
We recommend consumption within a week, however if you would like to keep them longer we recommend storing you biscuits in a cool dark place, in an air-tight container up to a maximum of two weeks.
Please avoid direct sunlight and/or very high temperatures to prevent the fondant from melting.
Are your products halal?
Our honey cakes are 100% halal.
We can make halal bespoke biscuits. Let us know and we’ll work with you to make something that suits.
Do you use eggs in your product?
Our honey cakes use eggs, however these are cooked out.
Our biscuits do not contain any egg.
Do you make gluten free options?
Unfortunately we do not offer gluten-free products at this point. We are undergoing recipe testing to make gluten free products without compromising on taste or quality.
